All construction per the approved plans and the attached comment list. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. hydro test of the sprinkler piping is OK, but for the roughin, the insulation needs to be installed at the deck or the uprights need to be raised, fill all of the combustible concealed spaces with insulation or provide sprinkler heads (these spaces are on the 2nd floor), replace extended coverage head on the second floor with a standard head, install the remaining earth quake bracing 9/11/2002 2:57:50 PM
