(A.G. EDWARDS) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To relocate and adjust existing fire sprinkler protection for added and/or relocated interior nonbearing walls in an expanded and existing first floor tenant space and into an adjacent area. Total tenant floor area will consist of 5,483 ft/2 and will occupy the entire first floor, (except for common areas). The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01628.
