(BEARMAKERZ)(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE-SPACE 2005) To relocate and add fire sprinklers in a 3,474-ft/2, retail tenant remodel space located on the upper level. Work is related to new storefront entry with roll up security grill, a one-hour corridor, interior partitions, new raised floor (with non-combustible filled cavities) area with a new accessible restroom, one new accessible unisex restroom, and installation of suspended ceiling system. This building is fully fire sprinklered and contains a smoke evacuation system. The smoke evacuation system must remain operational as installed under the 1985 UBC.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01672.
