Fresca Mexican Foods - Phase 1 * To install a new 236'-0" of 8", C-900 PVC underground supply from the property line to a new 142 ft/2 Fire Pump House. To install 6", C-900 PVC underground supply from the Fire Pump House into an existing building (Room "C") for a new combination riser. To abandon the existing 6"underground supply feeding from Meadowland Drive and remove the existing remote FDC (new one to be located off the Fire Pump House). To connect the existing Double Interlock Pre-action system riser protecting the existing freezer onto the new riser supply (in Room "C"). To install a 1,500 gpm, 100 HP fire pump, controller, and pressure maintenance jockey pump, controller and related/required appurtenances and to install fire sprinkler protection throughout the entire facility. This project is Phase 1 of 3 phases; of which the final results will be to completely fire sprinkler the entire facility, meeting UBC requirements for area increase. (This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City). All fire sprinkler system installation work and equipment, materials and appurtenance shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, 24-1995, 20-1999, 72-1999, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and the fire Inspection Card are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification meeting minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit BLD02-01925.

the inspection was from the north stub-in to the first 90 elbow and then three additional lenghts of pipe. This section of the underground I witnesses the bedding and the covering as well as the pipe being installed. It was OK to cover. The rest of the pipe will be inspected later 12/9/2002 4:24:20 PM
