(OSHKOSH B'GOSH - TENANT IMPROVEMENT) To modify and existing wet, OH-2 fire sprinkler system for the interior tenant construction improvements to an existing 4,580 ft/2 tenant space within a 32,400-ft/2 one-story retail sales building. Work is related to a restroom, interior nonbearing walls and interior finishes. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02073.
