(WESTERN POWER SPORTS) This work involves fire sprinkler modification for a new office expansion in an existing 4,242-ft/2, warehouse area, on a mezzanine in the existing 106,964 ft/2 building. Work is related to some demolition work, new structural work to support new stairway and opening, new stairway with handrails, new interior walls and doors, interior finish, suspended ceiling, mechanical and possible plumbing work. No permanent Certificate of Occupancy will be issued until a new RACKING permit is obtained. New racking cannot be used even temporarily. This building is fully fire sprinklered and has 60' on all sides for unlimited area. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02035.
