Broadbent Building - To replace the existing fire alarm panel, add smoke a detector above panel, a manual pull station, an inside audible alarm and connect all existing fire sprinkler monitoring devices. This work is the initial part of a programmed fire alarm upgrade agreement, approved 3/13/02 by the Fire Department, for this building. This work will complete the requirements in a FD inspection Notice of Violation dated 1/24/2001, in conjunction with building permit BLD 00-03335.
