Manual pull stations are omitted due to the fire sprinkler system. Single station smoke detectors are provided in all sleeping room.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-00175) is to add 3,600 sq.ft. two stories, 7 guest sleeping rooms with bathrooms and a kitchen to the existing facility. Work to include renovating the existing 13 guest bedroom and removal of existing living room on the south end for new addition. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution.
