Brighton Plaza Office Shell & Core Building - To install 233'-0" of C-900 PVC underground fire line supply from the property line off Lasalle St., into the mechanical room on the South Side of the shell structure. Also includes the installation of a Light Hazard Occupancy, "Wet" designed system throughout the two story, type VN, 41,472 ft/2 shell and core office building. First floor is 20,559 ft/2 and the second floor is 20,913 ft/2. Fire sprinkler protection is used for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02706. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate plans and permits shall be required for each tenant space.
