This is a 1st time tenant improvement to this location. Work is related to the construction of interior non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls & finishes to create new testing and diagnosis areas, waiting areas, reception, office and accessible restroom with miscellaneous support areas. The installation of new suspended ceiling grid system. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02001.
