(ADA COUNTY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES - 2ND FLR) To remodel an existing 106 square foot office and to construct a new 154 ft/2 office within an existing 10,682-ft/2 office tenant space. The existing office tenant space is located on the 2nd floor of a 356,334-ft/2 building. This tenant space is NOT being expanded. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, and interior windows all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. This building is required to be fire sprinklered because a floor level is more than 55 feet above grade. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
