(ST LUKES-OUTPATIENT RADIOLOGY)(AMERICA WEST BLDG) To modify the existing shell & core system for the construction of a 7,973-ft/2 radiology office in the south end of the existing 34,000-ft/2 (shell & core) building. Work is basically related to interior non-bearing walls and suspended grid system, and possibly some roof structure upgrade for new equipment support. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01949.
