Revised 11/20/2002 - Plans show five new duct smoke detectors to be monitored by the existing fire alarm control panel. One new horn/strobe is to be added in a normally occupied area (Petco tenant space).
The associated building permit (BLD 01-03229) is a new 11,791 sq.ft. retail tenant with pet grooming in vacant shell building done under BLD01-03228 per approved plans on file. Work to include widening rear exterior exit door, two new accessible restrooms, new interior entry vestibule, new interior walls and doors, new interior windows, interior finish, some new suspended ceiling areas, fire sprinkler work, new plumbing, new mechanical work including HVAC rooftop units, and new electrical work. The one-hour rated tenant demising wall is existing from the shell building permit.
