(FRED MEYER-SHOE DEPARTMENT)(FAMILY CENTER) To modify/add fire sprinklers in a remodel of the shoe department area, within the existing Fred Meyers building. Work is involved from removal of stock room walls, cornice and lights and new stock room partition, new suspended ceiling, relocate HVAC grills and new lighting. This building is fully fire sprinklered for unlimited area. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02170.
