The application indicates "no associated building permit" but the alarm plans submitted reflect the plans submitted under FIR02-00022, which is attached to BLD 01-03230; both of these permits are still outstanding, pending a satisfactory field inspection. BLD 01-03230 failed a fire inspection on 4/19/2002 due to alarm related deficiencies.
BLD 01-03230 is to remodel the interior of an existing 3 story 91,740 sq ft office building. Work will involve all 3 floors.
