Idaho Assets - To modify and relocate horn strobes in the 2nd floor tenant area.
The application indicates "no associated building permit" but the alarm plans submitted reflect the plans submitted under FIR02-00022, which is attached to BLD 01-03230; both of these permits are still outstanding, pending a satisfactory field inspection. BLD 01-03230 failed a fire inspection on 4/19/2002 due to alarm related deficiencies.
BLD 01-03230 is to remodel the interior of an existing 3 story 91,740 sq ft office building. Work will involve all 3 floors. Work to include, (1st floor) removal of partitions and counters, construction of 64 lf of new noncombustible partitions in two different locations, patch and repair suspended ceiling system, (2nd floor) removal of partitions, relocation of egress doors & infill existing corridor walls, construction of 127 lf of noncombustible partitions in two separate places, construction of 25 lf of tenant demising wall, patch and repair suspended ceiling system, remove an existing mop sink and cap plumbing. (3rd Floor) Removal of partitions, patch and repair suspended ceiling system, no new partitions to be constructed on the 3rd floor.
