The associated building permit (BLD 02-01521) is to enlarge an existing 6351 sq ft office space by incorporating the adjacent 1821 sq ft to create an area of 8173 sq ft. Work will include, demolition of interior partitions, remodel of rated corridor wall to create new entrance, construction of interior noncombustible partitions to create new office spaces, Miscellaneous related interior finishes.
