FIDELITY BUILDING/BITTERCREEK ALEHOUSE (EXPANSION) - This alarm permit has been modified to include approval for the existing building alarm system which was installed by Grinnell under FIR00-00702 but which was never final inspected for approval by the PDS Dept. The resubmitted plans include changes to previously approved plans, which reflect required occupancy-related fire alarm devices for current tenants, and also the lack of previously indicated elevator recall capability. Coverage includes fire sprinkler monitoring, voluntary (non-required) manual pull stations at all exits on all floors, three cooking hood fire extinguishing systems, induct smoke detectors for release of smoke dampers serving the TI area, duct detectors for new HVAC air handlers serving the TI area, smoke detectors in the elevator lobbies and equipment room, a remote annunciator panel, and single inside alarm in a normally occupied space.
