SPR COLE VALLEY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL * To add fire sprinkler protection modifications and additions in an existing occupancy for interior modification. Other work may include sprinklers under the entrance canopy and bringing the exit hallway into compliance with the 1997 UBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for 1-hr. substitution. The building is over area for the type of construction in its current condition and will need to be upgraded to allow any future remodels and or additions. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02141.
