(SCHUMACHER & CO) (SUITE #110) To add/modify fire sprinklers in a remodel of an existing retail/office/warehouse tenant space within an existing building. The sprinkler work is from the expansion of the retail showroom by 287 ft/2 (reducing warehouse area) and a new 343-ft/2, storage mezzanine, constructed in the warehouse. (New tenant space total will be 4,374 ft/2). Work is related and includes some minor interior demolition work; the new steel framed storage mezzanine and some new interior walls. This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, comment and conditions list on the plans; as regulated by the Fire Chief. The plan, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02218.
