After the expansion, the total tenant area will be 14,653-ft/2. Work is related to the construction of a 1-hr tenant demising walls and some interior nonbearing walls. Selective demolition is also covered under this permit. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
