(SKATE WORLD) * SHELL SYSTEM ONLY * This fire permit is to remove the existing fire sprinkler system and install a new system designed to PILE storage of Class IV commodities to and elevation of 15'-0" maximum height throughout. This is a Shell permit only. No Tenant Improvement work is allowed under this permit. FUTURE TENANT REMODEL WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE APPLICATION AND PERMITS. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour fire-resistive construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
