LITHIA FORD AUTOMOBILE SALES AND SERVICE BUILDING * To install complete fire sprinkler protection in the remodel and finish of an existing 53,875 ft/2, one story CMU shell building, for new service and parts storage areas, the construction of a new 2,605 ft/2 mezzanine within the General Service Area, the construction of a new 28,665 ft/2, two story addition at the west side of this existing structure. This area will be used for Service, Showroom and Administrative Offices. Penetrations shall be protected through the two-hour area separation wall, between the existing building and new addition. The sprinklers are used for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02435.
