The associated building permit (BLD 01-02706) is to construct a two story,type VN, fully fire sprinklered 41,472 sq. ft. shell and core office building with site improvements. Area of first floor is 20,559 sq. ft. with second floor 20,913 sq. ft. Fire sprinklers used for area increase. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate plans and permits shall be required for each tenant space.
