(FOODIES & FERMENTERS)(HIGHLAND STATION) To modify and add fire sprinkler protection in the remodel of a 1,066 ft/2 portion of an existing 26,259 ft/2 building, to be used for a commercial kitchen, wine bar and dining area. Fire sprinkler work is related to construction of interior partitions, installation of suspended ceiling, a type-I hood & a type-II hood system and construction of a one-hour fire rated shaft for grease duct. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
