(ASPEN MARKETING - ENTIRE 4TH FLOOR) To add and modify fire sprinklers for interior tenant improvements with a new office tenant (7,475-ft/2), who will occupy the entire 4th floor of the Empire Building. Sprinkler work is related to the addition of interior nonbearing walls. This building is fire sprinklered under the provisions of the 1994 UCBC because it is too tall, too big, and has too many stories. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02674.
