The associated building permit BLD 02-02861 is to remodel an existing 4,582 sq. ft. unoccupied tenant space by constructing a new 1-hour tenant separation wall to create two tenant spaces. To remodel the new southeast 2,901 sq.ft. area of the 1st floor for office tenant per approved plans. To perform selective demolition; remove and relocate existing door and sidelight; infill wall were door moved; install new door in existing door frame and upgrade all door hardware to comply with accessibility requirements. To relocate existing door, frame & sidelight in remaining unoccupied space & infill wall as applicable for Type II-N construction. Unoccupied space will require separate application and plan submittal for future tenant occupancy. A Certificate of Occupancy for the new Qualis Health space is required as a condition of this permit. This building is fully sprinkler with a zoned smoke exhaust system.
