Imperial Plaza - To install addressable smoke detectors in the elevator lobbies on all levels basement thru the 12th floor penthouse and rooftop mechanical equipment room and elevator equipment room, connected through programmable relays to the elevator control panel and the existing building fire alarm panel, to initiate primary and alternate floor elevator recall and a building fire alarm condition. This work is being done as required by the Idaho Dept of Building Safety. There is no associated building permit.
