To install a 3,821-ft/2 two story single family dwelling with a 13D system. all engineering/red-lining and attached requirement lists. This structure shall be fitted with a modified 13D sprinkler system. (1st floor 2925 ft/2, 2nd floor 896 ft/2). The fire sprinkler flow alarm shall be interconnected to the required residence smoke detection system. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual service water supply, backflow prevention (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review notes, as regulated by the Fire Department.
