(LAMBDA PHYSIK) To modify fire sprinklers in a 1,199-ft/2 office/warehouse tenant space on the east side of the building. Work is related to the construction of noncombustible partitions to create one accessible restroom, office area, and small conference room and warehouse area. Also for the construction of a one-hour tenant demising wall and the installation of a suspended ceiling system. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02111.
