The associated building permit (BLD 02-01481) is to conduct minor interior remodel and establish occupancy for an existing 6,550 sq.ft. retail paint sales and storage per approved plans on file. Work to include relocation of east wall of restroom in retail sales area to make more accessible by providing new accessible 3'-0" x 6'-8" door assembly and provide five foot diameter maneuvering clearance in front of existing sink & water closet. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The original shell building and this tenant space were constructed in Ada County and annexed into Boise City in 1987. A 'Certificate of Occupancy' for this tenant is required as a condition of this permit. Quantities, storage & use of Flammable & Combustible materials are governed by the UFC for Wholesale & Retail Sales Uses.
