IDAHO FOOT AND ANKLE - This Permit application is to relocate two existing fire alarm devices within the basement TI area. If any further fire alarm modifications are required as noted in the permit review comments or by field inspection, resubmitted plans will be required.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-02129) is to remodel areas within a 1,736 square foot medical exam "suite" on the first floor AND to remodel areas within a 1,982 square foot office "suite" in the basement. This entire 6,062 square foot building (a 3,100 square foot 1st floor and a 2,962 square foot basement) is occupied by the same existing tenant. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. A Certificate of Occupancy is on file. The existing interior 1-hr walls are NOT required by the Building Code but may be required by a State agency. Selective interior demolition is also covered under this permit. Work is to include interior walls, millwork, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
