IDAHO ELKS REHAB - To add smoke detectors and chime strobes within the TI space, extending the existing Building fire alarm system.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-02517) is to remodel an existing 753 sq.ft. reception & office area to create 3 new exam rooms with sinks & cabinetry; construct new non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls and new or relocated doors to provide four new office & work areas located on the west end of the Elk's Rehab Centerside within the existing Intermountain Orthopedics Suite per approved plans on file. To modify the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances regulating said work. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance" is required for final approval of for occupancy and use of this remodeled project area.
