The associated building permit (BLD 02-00024) is for a new 2,004 sq. ft. office tenant in existing vacant shell building space done under BLD01-01469 per approved plans on file. Work to include new one-hour rated tenant demising walls, new interior walls, interior doors and sidelights, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, a new accessible restroom, fire sprinkler work, new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved.
