H-P BLDG 3 RESTROOM UPGRADE - To add one, and relocate existing, horn/strobe alarm devices in two restrooms as part of a restroom TI upgrade, in Bldg #3, lower level.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-02910) is to remodel an existing restroom to be fully accessible compliant to include new fixture's, wall and floor finishes & ceilings; to upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sprinkler system to meet tenant needs and comply with currently adopted codes and ordinances. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance" is required for this project as a condition of this permit.
