(FBI / Office Expansion)(WELLS FARGO CENTER- 4th floor Ste# 404) To modify and/or add fire sprinkler protection for the enlarging of an existing 6,351 ft/2 office space by expanding into a adjacent 1,821ft/2, to create an area of 8,173 ft/2. Work is related to the demolition of interior partitions, remodel of rated corridor wall and the construction of interior noncombustible partitions, to create new office spaces. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
