CORNER) To drop new fire sprinkler protection in a sprinklered shell for the remodel of a 1,116-ft/2, area in the northeast corner of the structure, for use as an office. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior partitions to create office areas, conference room, accessible restroom, reception area and the new installation of suspended ceiling system. This facility requires sprinkler protection for 1-hour fire resistive protection. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
