This tenant space is located in a 288,657 square foot, one story, retail sales strip mall shopping center. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation/remodel of a restroom, a new lay-in ceiling tile all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-03048.
