Trustmark Insurance * To modify and add fire sprinkler protection for a new 6,425 ft/2 office tenant improvement constructed in an existing shell portion of the Spectrum View Building, originally constructed under BLD00-02307. Work is related to new fire partitions, fire barriers to create open and enclosed offices, conference room, storage, two restrooms, a storage room and new suspended ceilings throughout. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00171.
