(ST LUKES - 4 SOUTH & 4 NORTH of 4TH FLOOR)(NURSE STATION CORE REMODEL) To modify fire sprinkler protection in an approximately 4,300-ft/2 remodel portion of the 4th floor, Central & North Wings. Work is related to selective demolition, new non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create new room layout & support uses as per approved plans. To separate the Storage, Soiled Linen & Clean Supply rooms from adjacent areas with 1-hour occupancy separation rooms. This building is fully sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD01-01347.
