This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. This structure requires the installation of a NFPA 13D fire sprinkler system. The sprinkler flow alarm shall be attached to the residence smoke detection system. Separate permits will be required to finish basement (if applicable). The fire sprinkler flow alarm shall be interconnected to the required residence smoke detection system.
