Riverwalk Center (Shell & Core) - To install 6" C-900 fire service main from the property line (tap supply from United Water) in Shoreline Drive, south approximately 352 feet and into the south corner fire sprinkler room of a new 20,570 ft/2, two story shell and core building. This is an underground fire service main installation permit only and no work allowed above the service supply flange is allowed. Separate shell fire permit required for overhead system and separate improvement fire permits are required to finish this building for tenant occupancy/s. This building will be fully fire sprinkler protected. The underground fire service main installation work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 and 24-1995 and the attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. No overhead pipe allowed to be connected to this work prior to completion of this permit. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02687.
