(CORPORATE EXPRESS)(SUITE #108) Modify fire sprinklers in a remodel for a 4,816-ft/2 retail/office/warehouse tenant space in existing structure. The remodel will reduce the existing tenant area from 9,621-ft/2 to 4,816-ft/2 and provide a new adjacent tenant area, Suite #107. This work being done in conjunction with the adjacent tenant work under BLD02-02618. Work is related to a new one-hour rated tenant demising wall, structural modifications for a new exterior overhead door and opening in warehouse area. No racking exceeding 8'-0" or 6'-0" (for High Hazard commodities), in height is allowed under this permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02619.
