(GRAEBER & CO - 1ST FLR) This building is fire sprinklered to allow the 5th story. To add fire sprinklers in an existing 3,806-ft/2, tenant space which is expanding into an adjacent 515-ft/2 area. After the expansion this tenant space will have a floor area of 4,321-ft/2. Proposed uses for the expansion area include massage, nail care, and a shower. Selective nonstructural demolition was done under permit BLD02-03012. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-03004.
