(CARIBBEAN TAN & BODY SPA)(MAPLE TREE PLAZA) To add/modify/upgrade coverage of fire sprinkler protection for a remodel in an existing 1,200-ft/2 tenant space. Work is related to opening up a wall into the adjacent 1,180-ft/2-tenant area and adding new interior partitions (of either wood or metal studs covered with a gypboard), to create individual tanning areas. The entire new space will be 2,380-ft/2. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02701.
