Civic Plaza Apartments PA-2 * (Section 3 of 6) * To install fire sprinklers in Section 3 of 6, within a 5 story, 20 unit apartment structure, @ 4,413 ft/2 per floor, with two four-hour area separation walls to divide this structure into six separate buildings, above a three-hour occupancy separation. This building is fully fire sprinklered for story increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-00372.
