To expose a 6" buried steel, multifunctional, underground main the serves as a Fire Pump Test Header line and building Fire Department Connection. To replace piping that is found defective with 6" C-900 PVC attached with listed transition adapters. The fire sprinkler system work shall be in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any building permit.
