(BASILIO'S MEXICAN RESTAURANT) To modify and add fire sprinkler protection in the remodel of an existing 2,360-ft/2 for a new restaurant tenant. The dining area has a floor area of 1,220-ft/2. Work is related to new interior nonbearing walls, kitchen cooler and a grease hood/duct, per the approved drawings and plan review report on file. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall be installed in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to garage shell permit: BLD03-00301.
