To provide two new duct smoke detectors. The duct smoke detectors to be connected to an existing fire alarm system. The existing fire alarm system provides sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall and HVAC monitoring.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-02813) is to finish a 10,409 sq.ft. for a printing business per approved plans. Room usage includes sales, office, work area and storage. Restrooms for this tenant are available on the 2nd floor accessed by elevator. Work will include construction of interior partitions, installation of suspended ceiling system, miscellaneous related interior finishes. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase, any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. NO STORAGE RACKS OVER EIGHT FEET HIGH WILL BE ALLOWED WITHOUT A SEPARATE PERMIT.
