This tenant space is located on the first floor of a 29,768 square foot, 2 story building. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall be installed in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
