To provide one duct detector for HVAC shutdown, one magnetic door hold open and one smoke detector to release the door hold open, all devices connected to the existing fire alarm system. No off site monitoring is provided or required.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-00242) is to increase the patient bed capacity of an existing R-3 congregate care facility that was previously approved by Ada County to 10 beds. Additional work included in this permit is to inspect and approve an existing garage conversion to office space and make code compliant with accessible restrooms and an occupancy separation wall. All construction per the approved plans, attached comment list and the structural inspector's requirements. NOTE: The care facility is fire sprinklered per NFPA 13-R, which was required by the State of Idaho.
